The Role:
Reporting to the CEO and the board of directors, the The GM Operations - Head of Collections will be responsible for:
- Overall responsibility for a small team with a mandate to grow the business
- Lead, supervise and coach all staff, complete adequate training and ongoing coaching including development plans.
- Responsible to ensure succinct management reporting, and organisational planning are in place through effective use of operational systems, business processes and work
- force planning.
- Ongoing systems and reporting process improvement
- Oversee monthly, and quarterly forecast assessment of Operations performance against budget, financial and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance to company policy and regulatory obligations are met through adherence to audits and procedures 100% of the time.
- Create a positive team based culture that is fun rewarding and delivers results.
Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate will be considered with:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and a strong track record of achievement with at least 10-15 year's Collections industry experience in a similar role.
- DCA exposure combined with a strong people management skill set.
- A strong leadership skill set with the ability to develop and motivate.
- Strong sales and business development track record to grow the business
