• Join select external meetings with sales to underscore operational expertise.

You are a seasoned professional with substantial auto finance expertise, excelling in team leadership and thriving in fast-paced environments to deliver superior outcomes.

• Deep experience in auto financing through broker, private sale, and supplier channels.
• Proven leadership in team building, including coaching, training, and performance enhancement.
• Skilled in overseeing high-volume underwriting workflows.
• Strong analytical capabilities for detailed transaction assessments.
• Knowledge of vehicle categories and contemporary market trends, including risk tools.
• Willingness to participate in partner visits with sales to promote capabilities.
