- Guide and develop analysts via targeted coaching, training, and performance strategies to foster structure and proficiency.
- Conduct in-depth analytical reviews of transactions for robust decision-making.
- Track market developments and refine policies to sustain optimal performance.
- Supervise high-volume deal processing to meet productivity objectives.
- Join select external meetings with sales to underscore operational expertise.
- Nurture strong, service-oriented connections with brokers and partners.
You are a seasoned professional with substantial auto finance expertise, excelling in team leadership and thriving in fast-paced environments to deliver superior outcomes.
- Deep experience in auto financing through broker, private sale, and supplier channels.
- Proven leadership in team building, including coaching, training, and performance enhancement.
- Skilled in overseeing high-volume underwriting workflows.
- Strong analytical capabilities for detailed transaction assessments.
- Knowledge of vehicle categories and contemporary market trends, including risk tools.
- Willingness to participate in partner visits with sales to promote capabilities.
- Dedication to maintaining excellent service relationships with external stakeholders.
