Collections Officer

Salary:

Attractive salary of $80,000 Package

Location:

Sydney CBD Location close to train station

Our Client:

The Role:

The Collections Officer will be sitting within a dynamic team who are results driven whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Handling high volume of inbound and outbound collection calls Providing exceptional customer service
  • Coordinating skip-tracing to investigative and re-establish contact with customers Managing debt recovery and negotiating solutions with challenging customers
  • Assessing, reviewing and analysing documents relating to customer collection status and ageing reports
  • Understanding of hardship and legal aspects of recoveries
Candidate Requirements:

The successful candidate will be considered with: A proven track record with a minimum of

  • 1-2 years collections experience or similar call centre or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written A strong relationship builder and influencer You will be target driven and a team player
