This pivotal hybrid position oversees credit operations and analytics to support business growth while maintaining strong risk management practices for the organisation's financial assets. The initial response had the sections in incorrect order because the full set of rules (including the precise sequence after the 5 lines) was processed in a single generation pass without re-verifying the output order against the "using only: Our Client , The Role , The Candidate , Remuneration and Benefits " requirement before finalising. Administer credit policies, procedures, and trade insurance programs including limit management and claims coordination. Deliver data-driven insights, KPI reporting, and performance analytics to guide credit team and senior management decisions. Oversee dunning processes, debtor ledger monitoring, unapplied cash handling, and dispute resolution activities. Lead process improvements, system utilisation training, and implementation of changes across the credit function. Conduct risk assessments, generate management reports including DSO, cash forecasting, and bad debt analysis.
- Manage insolvency notifications, security interests, and exception reporting to optimise collections and minimise risks.
You are an experienced credit professional with strong analytical capabilities and a proactive approach to process optimisation and team support in a fast-paced finance environment.
- Sound knowledge of credit policies, risk assessment, and accounts receivable processes in a commercial setting. Exceptional MS Excel, database, and data analytics skills with experience handling large datasets and reporting. Working knowledge of ERP systems, credit reporting tools, and databases for workflow management and insights.
- Proven ability to work independently, coach team members, and drive process improvements.
- Strong communication, customer service focus, and results-oriented mindset with high integrity and discretion.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in accounting/finance preferred; adaptable to change and target-driven. Remuneration and Benefits $100,000 competitive package
