  • For unsuccessful applications, inactive candidates or completed placements, we may retain your details, including your CV or resume and related information, indefinitely in our talent pool so we can consider you for future suitable roles.
  • You may opt out of indefinite retention at any time by emailing info@byronthomas.com.au. If you opt out, we will securely delete or de-identify your information within a reasonable period, typically 30 days, subject to any legal obligations.
  • We may retain information for shorter periods, such as up to 12 months, if you opt out or if we no longer need the information.

If You Do Not Provide Information

If you do not provide requested information, we may be limited in our ability to locate suitable work for you, assess your suitability or place you in roles.

Access, Correction and Complaints
